Pink Ribbon Pilates will have a one time change of time for Monday, January 28 – class time: 10:00 – 11:00am, rather than 11:00 to 12noon. Monthly coffee will meet up after class.

Come and join us two classes a week for Pink Ribbon Pilates to keep fit, stay strong and make some new friends. Pink Ribbon Pilates is adapted to all treatments and stages of breast cancer which means this keep fit class is perfect for women who want to be active, moving and motivated whatever their stage of breast cancer survivorship.
Everybody has different needs and requirements, some women like to move on after their five year ‘all clear’ and others still suffer in silence fifteen years after their surgery. Whatever place you find yourself in now, if you’ve had breast cancer and you think you’d benefit from meeting other women in a similar situation whilst doing a gentle exercise class then we’d love to see you.
Why Pilates? Because we believe it’s the ideal exercise for women with breast cancer, being gentle on joints whilst building up strength and flexibility. Have a look at our benefits page for more information. Quality of life strongly depends on physical function.
We also incorporate in our classes, very light hand weights and resistance bands, suitable for every level of ability, to help keep and build bone density.
