Pink Ribbon Pilates has been the single greatest factor to shaping the direction my life has taken since diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in 2012. It was through exercising regularly, focusing on regaining mobility, flexibility and core strength, helped me to work my way back to achieve maximum wellness.
I’m on a life path to help move breast cancer woman forward in recovery; to provide safe, supportive and effective exercises for woman in or out of breast cancer treatment and know how good it feels to be in the company of others who understand our condition. My qualifications: Level 4 Cancer and Exercise Rehabilitation Specialist, RYT 200 Certified Yoga Instructor, Level 3 Diploma Mat Pilates, Level 3 GP Exercise Referral, Level 3 Exercise for Older Populations and Level 3 Pilates For Older Adults. Also a certified instructor – Tai Chi for Health, Les Mills BodyBalance, Move It Or Lose It and POUND.
